Hope's Bridge has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Case Manager.

Duties include working with women in the Transitional Housing program, setting and tracking appointments, scheduling and facilitating (or overseeing) Life Skills classes, attendance at mandatory Board meetings and trainings monthly and throughout the year, client progress tracking, setting short and long term goals with clients and helping them achieve their goals, documentation and tracking of client services, working within the boundaries of a pre-set budget, etc…

Requirements/Desired Qualities:

Prior documented experience working with victims of domestic violence;

Ability to develop & maintain healthy relationships with clients;

Ability to comply with the provisions of a federal grant;

Degree or experience in the criminal justice, social services, or related field &

Must have knowledge of available community resources & services.

Individual who can manage multiple priorities;

Good verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to facilitate classes, workshops, and meetings;

Understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence and obstacles unique to victims;

Ability to work in coordination with partner agency &

Must be able to work with people of various backgrounds and circumstances

Must be available to attend trainings (locally & out of state).

Salary based on grant guidelines.
